Medium, bright lemon color with greens highlights. Complex on the nose. Perfumes quince, pear and jasmine. Well-structured mouth, the barrel very well embedded, not covering the fruit. Rich, creamy feel, adds volume. Full bodied, with intense aromas of quince, citrus fruits, stone fruits, ripe fruits, crisp acidity and long aftertaste. Kydonitsa is one of the rarest Peloponnese varieties and one of the rising vines of the Hellenic Vineyard. The Zacharias winery, cultivates it from the fees of the 90s. In Nemea are the first plantings of the variety, far from her birthplace, Laconia.
