Bright gold color, in the nose we can smell honey, melon, green apple and saltiness, the mouth follows the nose, we can taste sweet fruit, saltiness, minerality. The body is medium and also the acidity, the aftertaste is medium to long. Pair it with fruits, salads, cheese. Best served at 9-10 ⁰C.

Αssyrtiko
Assyrtiko is by far Greece’s most renowned white grape variety. It has developed a reputation for producing wines in a multitude of styles, from fresh, mineral white wines to oaked, worth keeping ones and from bold complex reds to rıch matured dessert wines. Compact clusters of large, moderately thick-skinned berries, late budding and late ripening. Capable of maintaining high acidity up to the final stages of the ripening period.
Roditis
This pink-skinned grape is one of the most cultivated white varieties of Greece. It can produce well-structured wines with lemony color, fruity aromas and stimulating acidity. Winemakers have been recently exploring new styles, offering premium quality Roditis based wines.

The story of Sellas Winery begins in the 1950’s,when the grandfather of the family starts cultivating the first vineyards in the region of Nemea, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Ever since, the family has been actively engaged in vineyard cultivation and wine production. In 2000, the founder’s son, Athanasios Sellas, decides to create his own winery based on the most sophisticated, state-of-the-art wine production methods and equipment.
